Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across Europe and Canada, with €800M+ ARR. The Revenue Operations role sits within the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically on the Sales Effectiveness team, which drives critical initiatives across the sales organization in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end: from strategy and design through execution, adoption, and change management. Your scope spans the full sales organization—Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams. Key responsibilities include identifying gaps in sales processes, designing automated workflows to eliminate manual steps, evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies, and driving organizational adoption through shadowing, training, and measurement. Recent examples of impact include automating slide deck generation (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outreach system achieving 15% discovery rates. You'll work with a modern tech stack: low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and Outreach. Required qualifications: 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness roles; strong project management and ownership; hands-on builder mindset; intermediate SQL reading skills (writing autonomously is a plus); proven experience with low-code tools and integrations; direct hands-on Salesforce and/or Outreach experience; ability to build data pipelines with clear business impact; excellent communication skills; fluent French and advanced English; based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona. Alan offers hybrid flexibility with offices in multiple European cities, comprehensive health insurance, generous equity packages, flexible vacation and working hours, top-tier equipment, transit benefits, and a coaching program for all employees.
