Legion Health is building autonomous medical care powered by AI, starting with psychiatry. The company has received regulatory authorization to let AI prescribe psychiatric medications and has automated 95% of administrative work while delivering tens of thousands of visits in two years. Legion is backed by Y Combinator and leading venture capital firms. You will join as Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead, reporting to the Head of Provider Partnerships. This is a senior individual contributor and player-coach role focused on building and operating the commercial system behind Provider Partnerships and referral growth. You will connect growth goals to territories, account priorities, capacity, incentives, systems, data, workflows, and field team decisions. Key responsibilities include: owning commercial planning and forecasting; designing territory and account-segmentation methodologies; building scenario models for market entry and capacity decisions; developing quota and incentive methodology; owning CRM governance and the commercial data model; defining KPI frameworks and trusted dashboards; setting and executing the commercial technology and automation roadmap; improving the end-to-end Provider Partnerships process; serving as operating liaison across functions; establishing operating cadence for forecasts and reviews; leading cross-functional changes; and defining the future Revenue Operations & Strategy organization and hiring plan. Success means giving leadership an accurate, forward-looking view of growth and risk; making territory and hiring decisions repeatable; increasing Provider Partnerships Manager productivity; creating trusted CRM and dashboards; achieving high referral-attribution coverage; turning decisions into adopted workflows; building systems ahead of growth constraints; and surfacing risks early with clear drivers and accountability. You will work closely with Provider Partnerships, Growth, Patient Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and People. This is not a reporting-only job—you should be comfortable moving from ambiguous commercial questions to recommendations, models, dashboards, workflows, or systems that people actually adopt. The measure of success is the productivity, predictability, and quality of decisions you enable. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience (or equivalent record of impact) in revenue operations, commercial operations, strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or another highly analytical operating role - Track record of owning complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through implementation, adoption, and measurable business results - Exceptional analytical and modeling ability across forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, resource allocation, scenario analysis, or performance management - Working fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable commercial systems; comfort with spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL or SQL-adjacent analysis, and data-quality investigation - Experience building practical operating processes and governance without unnecessary bureaucracy - Strong executive communication and judgment; ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations - Experience driving change through influence and establishing accountability across functions - Exposure to field, territory-based, enterprise, marketplace, or other complex commercial models - Hands-on, AI-native approach to work; eagerness to use automation and agents to improve data quality, decision speed, and operating leverage - High standards for accuracy, ownership, and follow-through; low ego and comfort operating without perfect information - Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, value-based care, or provider-referral experience is helpful but not required
