As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end RevOps infrastructure that powers Synthflow's go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, AI-native environment where you'll drive operational excellence across the entire revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage HubSpot as the central CRM platform, including system architecture, workflow design, integrations, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and metrics (ARR, pipeline, win rate, ASP, NDR/GDR) for executive visibility
- Execute core revenue processes: forecast enablement, renewals management, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with Data and Finance teams to ensure accurate, board-ready revenue reporting
- Design and implement AI-powered automations to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve scalability
- Drive GTM operating cadence, continuously refining processes, SOPs, and tooling
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years in RevOps or GTM Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably with HubSpot
- Strong analytical capabilities with SQL and BI/data warehouse tools
- Deep understanding of revenue metrics, forecasting methodologies, and GTM processes
- Systems-thinking mindset with a bias toward automation over manual processes
- Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment
