Curri, a YC-backed last-mile logistics platform for construction and industrial supplies, is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the GTM engine. This role focuses on commission and compensation administration, SPIFF program governance, sprint planning, and business requirements documentation—work currently distributed across senior RevOps operators that is slowing delivery on program and tooling requests. Key responsibilities include: - Administer end-to-end commission and compensation processes: monthly and quarterly payout calculations, target-setting cycles, compensation plan drafting, and evaluation of comp plan tooling with zero tolerance for errors on pay-sensitive work. - Own SPIFF program operations: audit submissions for eligibility, coordinate with submitters on missing requirements, manage approval routing, and track program budgets. - Author and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for GTM tooling, enhancements, and workflow changes, serving as the functional bridge between end users and Revenue Operations engineering resources. - Manage Notion sprint board coordination: maintain statuses, triage the backlog, pull tasks forward, flag rollovers and blockers, and align stakeholders bi-weekly. - Administer vendor contracts and software licenses: validate invoices, route to AP, manage renewals and negotiations, and maintain license counts. - Produce recurring reporting deliverables including weekly KPI snapshots and board deck inputs; support attribution audits, hierarchy updates, duplicate record resolution, and ad-hoc data requests across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake. Required qualifications: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations with direct experience administering commission or compensation calculations. Strong structured communication and documentation skills; systems fluency across Salesforce (required), analytics tools (Metabase or equivalent), AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT), and spreadsheet workflows. Program management discipline to own multiple recurring workstreams, maintain sprint boards, and flag issues proactively. Stakeholder trust and internal customer orientation. Bonus experience: SPIFF or incentive program creation; advanced Salesforce functionality; BRD or functional spec writing; generalist background in lean ops with broad scope. Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Operations, you'll have direct ownership of a real operational portfolio with visibility at the executive level, a seat on Curri's AI-forward RevOps infrastructure, and the chance to build trusted relationships across sales leadership, front-line teams, GTM engineering, and Strategy & Operations. Remote-friendly with preference for Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
