The Revenue Operations Specialist will serve as the primary intake point for the RevOps team, handling ad hoc requests, tooling questions, data issues, and reporting needs from across the commercial organization. This role is foundational capacity investment enabling the RevOps team to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational Support & Ticket Management**: Serve as first point of contact for inbound RevOps requests, triaging and resolving Tier 1 issues across the tech stack. Resolve common Salesforce issues including data corrections, record ownership updates, field errors, and access requests while meeting SLAs. Escalate complex issues with full documentation.
**Data Quality & CRM Hygiene**: Perform routine data audits and cleanup (duplicate management, field standardization) across Salesforce and connected systems. Monitor data integrity across pipeline for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects. Build fields and custom objects as needed. Support territory management workflows, account assignments, routing rules, and list management.
**Reporting & Dashboards**: Own maintenance and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools. Build ad hoc reports and data pulls for commercial team requests, QBRs, and pipeline reviews. Assist with data preparation for forecasting and GTM analysis.
**Tooling & Process Documentation**: Support day-to-day administration of core RevOps tools including Salesforce user provisioning, access management, and basic configuration. QA new workflows before deployment. Document operational workflows, SOPs, and system configurations. Identify recurring request patterns to surface process improvement recommendations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, highly organized, and proactive in identifying patterns in operational issues. You'll navigate a complex CRM and tooling environment with minimal hand-holding, showing ownership mentality and business problem-solving orientation.
