You will join as a Revenue Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Finance, playing a critical role in compounding ARR by shaping and operationalizing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Working alongside another RevOps Manager and cross-functional leadership, you will own the entire lifecycle of revenue processes from lead handoff to customer retention.
Key responsibilities include:
Process Optimization & Change Management: Act as project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process to increase ARR and reduce revenue leakage. Standardize workflows across GTM teams to reduce operational overhead and build consistent expectations.
Data Analytics & Internal Engineering: Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses quickly using AI assistance. Partner with the Data team on data governance and establish a metric dictionary enabling GTM teams to build accurate dashboards independently. Architect and build internal automation and tooling solutions using Claude Code to reduce administrative tasks, working with GTM Engineering to deploy custom-built tools.
Strategic Alignment & AI Acceleration: Serve as a proactive thought partner to GTM leadership, providing timely data-driven insights to drive thoughtful growth. Champion an AI-first operating model across the GTM organization, ensuring strategic planning and operational execution are assisted and accelerated by AI.
This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 5 days per week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is AI-first, process-oriented, and capable of generating insights that drive decisions, designing scalable processes, and building tools that GTM teams use daily.
