Workstream is a Series B, high-growth HR, payroll, and hiring platform purpose-built for the hourly workforce. The company serves 2.7 billion hourly workers globally and counts major QSR brands (Burger King, KFC, IHOP, Culver's) among its customers. Backed by Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue, Workstream is rapidly expanding its product portfolio. The Revenue Operations Manager will report to the Head of Finance and partner with a peer RevOps Manager to own the complete revenue lifecycle—from lead handoff through customer retention. The role is critical to compounding ARR by shaping and operationalizing Go-To-Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Key responsibilities include: **Process Optimization & Change Management:** Act as project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives. Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process to increase ARR and reduce revenue leakage. Standardize workflows across GTM teams to reduce overhead and build consistent expectations. **Data Analytics & Internal Engineering:** Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses using AI tools. Partner with the Data team on governance and metric definitions to enable GTM teams to self-serve accurate reporting. Architect and deploy internal automation and tooling solutions using Claude Code to reduce administrative burden, working with GTM Engineering to host custom-built tools. **Strategic Alignment & AI Acceleration:** Serve as a thought partner to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights to drive thoughtful growth. Champion an AI-first operating model across the GTM organization, ensuring strategic planning and execution are accelerated by AI. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 4 days per week in Lehi to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is AI-first, process-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of operations, analytics, and technology.
