Suite Studios is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems powering the go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, marketing, sales, data, and AI—focused on designing and optimizing systems, automations, and workflows that enable faster execution, better decision-making, and improved conversion.
Key responsibilities include owning the GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, AI tools, reporting platforms), designing scalable lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, and territory management. You'll build and maintain integrations between core systems, improve data quality and governance, and evaluate new GTM technologies as the company scales.
On the revenue operations side, you'll build processes that maximize conversion across the customer lifecycle, optimize inbound lead management and qualification workflows, improve opportunity management and pipeline hygiene, create scalable account segmentation and territory logic, and partner with sales leadership on forecasting and operational improvements.
Analytics and insights work includes developing actionable dashboards, surfacing funnel bottlenecks with recommendations, partnering on forecasting and pipeline analysis, and building executive-trusted reporting for strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within B2B SaaS, with experience building RevOps infrastructure in high-growth startups or scale-ups. You should have deep understanding of lead management, lifecycle design, funnel optimization, and CRM architecture, with a track record of building scalable operational systems that reduce manual work. Experience implementing operational processes from scratch (rather than inheriting mature systems) is valued. You believe AI should increase leverage rather than replace judgment, have a strong analytical mindset, and can independently define and execute solutions to business problems.
