Morpho is a leading decentralized finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by top-tier crypto investors (a16z crypto, Paradigm, Coinbase Ventures, and others) with over $1 billion in deposits and institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, Anchorage Digital, and major exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken.
The Revenue Operations Manager will own the end-to-end RevOps function for Morpho's go-to-market (GTM) team. Currently, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tooling are fragmented across people with competing priorities. This role consolidates those responsibilities and builds the systems that enable the GTM team to close more relevant deals faster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning GTM dashboards and KPI reporting to ensure the team tracks meaningful metrics and trusts the data
- Managing the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI tooling to keep business developers efficient and informed
- Maintaining a clean, minimal CRM with clear stages, hygiene standards, and processes the team actually follows
- Building business intelligence and forecasting models to set ambitious yet credible targets and identify emerging trends
- Surfacing market and media signals so business developers can time outreach, upsells, and closes effectively
- Tracking rep attribution, productivity, quotas, and territories to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Owning the knowledge base and data management to ensure accurate information is discoverable and reusable
Success milestones: Within 30 days, you'll be up to speed on Morpho's product and GTM operations with a prioritized improvement plan. By 90 days, you'll have fixed major gaps (cleaner CRM, simpler processes, reliable dashboards and forecasts). By 6 months, you'll own the full RevOps stack, bridge GTM and Finance, and lead end-to-end projects.
Required experience: DeFi native with hands-on protocol knowledge; prior RevOps, growth engineering, or business analyst role at a B2B startup; technical/software background comfortable with automations and systems thinking; strong data skills (cleaning, modeling, analysis, reporting); business mindset with critical thinking; strong ownership and autonomy; clear async communication; comfort in fast-changing, ambiguous environments; team-first, low-ego approach.
Morpho offers fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, in-person time in Paris, comprehensive health coverage, and learning support.
