Apron is a fast-growing fintech company founded in 2021, backed by Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners, with $50M in funding. The company helps SMBs streamline their payments and cash flow management by digitizing invoicing, expense cards, payments, and receivables in a single platform. With ~100 employees across the UK, Germany, Spain, and beyond, Apron is scaling toward category-defining global growth.
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the architect and operator of Apron's go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on strategic role at the intersection of commerce and technology, requiring both technical depth and cross-functional leadership.
You will own the complete revenue operations infrastructure: managing and optimizing the pipeline, tools, and processes for Sales, Customer Success, BDR, and Growth teams. You'll architect the GTM tech stack, ensuring Salesforce, the data warehouse, Intercom, and AI tools are integrated and provide a single source of truth. You'll act as the critical bridge between commercial teams (Sales/CS) and technical teams (Engineering/Data/Product), leading complex scaling projects that require input from multiple functions.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable workflows, identifying and fixing funnel bottlenecks through data analysis, implementing AI and automation to reduce manual toil, and ensuring revenue teams have the systems and visibility they need to perform. You'll collaborate heavily with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to solve problems and drive efficiency.
You bring strong experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Operations, ideally from a fast-growing SaaS business. Strategy consulting experience is a plus. You're fluent with AI tooling and modern project management practices, with deep knowledge of Salesforce automation features and data warehousing concepts. You're hands-on, technically capable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
Apron offers competitive salary, meaningful stock options, pension (Nest), comprehensive health insurance, life assurance, enhanced parental leave, flexible working hours, and hybrid work (3 days/week in Liverpool Street office). 29 days holiday, Deliveroo allowance, cycle-to-work and EV schemes included.
