Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built for supply chain optimization, serving Fortune 500 companies including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola. The company is seeking a Revenue Operations / GTM Engineer to design and build the data systems and infrastructure powering the go-to-market engine.
This is a hands-on builder role, not a Salesforce admin position. You will sit between Marketing and Revenue Operations, creating order from ambiguity, running experiments, and continuously improving GTM systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
GTM Engineering & Outbound Experiments: Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), build lead lists from market signals, construct scoring models for fit and engagement, run small-scale outbound experiments and scale successful approaches with growth strategists, and integrate enrichment and signal data into CRM and outreach systems.
Data Quality & Reporting: Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce data integrity through deduplication and cleanliness, build campaign and funnel reporting that marketing can act on, and help establish MQL frameworks with supporting governance.
Projects & Enablement: Drive the RFP/RFx content library with clear ownership and current answers, own internal GTM projects such as content management tooling, and support teams with Salesforce questions and enablement.
The role is ideal for someone who thinks like a business analyst, sees the full revenue lifecycle, and is energized by changing priorities and rebuilding systems better. This is not a fit for those preferring steady-state administration, thinking primarily in terms of single-tool features, or requiring fully defined scope before starting.
Supply chain experience is not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS (RevOps, marketing ops, sales ops, or GTM engineering)
- Hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience building lead lists, scoring models, or enrichment workflows (Clay, Zapier, Make, or n8n preferred)
- Strong data hygiene habits and analytical thinking
- Project management skills and clear written communication
- Daily use of AI tools with critical evaluation of outputs
- Ability to drive projects across multiple owners to completion
