Outtake is an AI-powered platform that detects, monitors, and removes impersonators and fraud at scale. Founded by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, the company is building the trust layer for the digital-first internet. You will own the operating system behind Outtake's revenue engine, spanning Sales, SDR, Marketing, and the systems, processes, data, and planning that connect them. You're joining at a foundational stage where you'll both clean up existing infrastructure and design systems to scale the Sales organization. Key responsibilities: - Own revenue planning and performance: Build and run models for coverage, segmentation, territory and quota allocation, incentive plans, forecasting, and business metrics. Partner with Finance on fiscal year planning and plan economics while owning underlying models and administration. - Be the operating partner to Sales and Marketing leadership: Work closely with VP of Sales, SDR leadership, Marketing, Finance, and company leadership to translate GTM strategy into processes, systems, and operating rhythms. Provide clear perspective on what's working, what's breaking, and what needs to change. - Own GTM systems and technology stack: Manage architecture, governance, and evolution of systems connecting Marketing, SDR, and Sales (HubSpot, Clay, integrations, workflows, routing, lifecycle definitions, forms, properties, campaign infrastructure). Consolidate tooling, evaluate vendors, manage integrations, and ensure the stack is reliable and scalable. - Own GTM funnel and lead flow: Design processes turning demand and buyer signals into actionable pipeline. Own lead qualification, scoring, enrichment, attribution, routing, SLAs, recycling, and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs. Ensure leads reach the right rep with proper context and continuously improve conversion using data and intent signals. - Be a player-coach: Build models, write queries, configure HubSpot, fix data, ship dashboards, redesign workflows, and solve operational problems hands-on. Simultaneously zoom out to help leadership think through coverage, capacity, productivity, funnel performance, and the operating model needed to scale. - Be AI-forward: Automate manual reporting and workflows, apply LLMs and Outtake product data to improve account research and personalization, and evaluate new GTM tooling. Support and improve forecast calls, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and planning cycles. - Build the function: Start as a player-coach and build the RevOps organization as the business scales, adding people and capabilities to support a growing GTM organization. The role is in-person at Outtake's waterfront office in Brooklyn (5 days/week, with flexibility as needed). The company offers 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision; flexible PTO; and regular in-person events. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or closely related function, with increasing ownership and scope - Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM organization, ideally through meaningful sales team growth and increasing complexity - Strong command of revenue planning and analytics: forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory and quota planning, capacity modeling, coverage, incentives, and business reporting - Deep hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems; comfortable owning architecture, workflows, routing, lifecycle stages, data quality, integrations, and reporting. HubSpot or Salesforce experience required - Highly analytical and technically capable: advanced spreadsheet modeling and SQL or equivalent analytical tooling; comfortable pulling data themselves - Strong cross-functional operator: partnered closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, Finance, Data, and executive leadership to turn GTM strategy into operating processes - Player-coach mentality: willing to configure systems, fix data, build models, write queries, and solve problems personally while thinking strategically - Comfortable operating in ambiguity: built or cleaned up RevOps infrastructure in environments where systems, processes, and data are not yet perfect - Strong judgment and communication: can form POV, challenge assumptions, make recommendations, and translate complex operational issues into clear decisions - High agency and ownership: sees problems, figures out what needs to happen, and drives them through PREFERRED: - Experience as senior-most RevOps or Sales Ops operator at a high-growth startup - Experience scaling a sales organization from ~10 to 30+ sellers or through similar meaningful growth - Experience owning Marketing Ops / Marketing-to-Sales infrastructure (lead scoring, attribution, enrichment, routing, lifecycle management, campaign infrastructure) - Experience with HubSpot and Clay, including integrations and API/webhook-based workflows - Experience building a RevOps function from scratch and hiring first team members - Experience partnering directly with VP Sales / CRO as primary operating partner - Experience in enterprise sales with longer cycles, complex account structures, and multi-threaded buying - Experience with AI-enabled GTM workflows, LLMs, automation, or emerging RevTech - Experience evaluating and consolidating GTM tooling and vendors as organization scales - Experience working closely with Finance on revenue planning and compensation economics
