Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration and work acceleration, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to support the Go-To-Market Operations and Strategy team. The company's Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart, Lucidspark) and airfocus platform serve over 100 million users globally, including Fortune 500 companies like Google, GE, and NBC Universal. In this role, you will partner with GTM Operations and Sales Leadership to drive business operating rhythms, strategic decision-making, process improvement, and performance management reporting. You'll translate data into actionable insights to help sales teams operate efficiently across international markets. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business operating rhythms by preparing data readouts and assembling materials for business reviews and forecasting - Partnering with regional Sales leadership to develop GTM strategies and scale the business through data-driven analysis - Producing strategic analyses and recommendations for sales leadership on key business decisions - Working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and Demand Generation teams to create holistic business views - Deploying automated outreach workflows with the account management team to drive operational efficiency - Managing sales organization targets, segmentation, goal measurement, and demand generation campaigns You'll need a BA/BS degree (ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, or Strategy) and 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in SaaS or recurring revenue business. Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, or FP&A background is preferred. Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Customer-facing communication experience is a plus.
