Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to join the Revenue Operations team, serving as a key partner to Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams. The role focuses on making the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable through process design, automation, and tooling optimization.
Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing merchant lifecycle processes from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff, with emphasis on automation and data quality. You will own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that govern how leads and accounts move through the top of funnel, partnering with Business Systems for implementation.
The analyst will manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, and Analytics. Additional responsibilities include supporting attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis, owning workflow automations (Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, process triggers), and collaborating with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency.
You will also partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes. The ideal candidate combines tactical execution (building automation and workflows) with strategic thinking around lifecycle design, routing logic, and coverage models that scale with business growth.
Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree, 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience, proficiency in Salesforce (admin experience preferred), and mastery of Excel/Google Sheets with solid understanding of business intelligence tools. Preferred experience includes lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools (RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (Clay, Zoominfo), lead scoring and attribution frameworks, and prior data analysis and funnel performance measurement work.
