As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be the main operational partner to Sales teams globally. Your responsibilities include analyzing local processes and developing solutions that work across multiple countries, driving implementation of global projects in coordination with local structures, and serving as a guardian of quality and consistency in systems. You will create automations related to the Sales process to maximize effectiveness and operational perfection in the CRM and other areas.
You will query datasets from different sources, turning data into actionable insights. You'll design, implement, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports; oversee KPIs and performance of local teams; and be the first person to detect red flags. Data cleanliness and process alignment are key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development. You should be fluent in English, with Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages as a plus. A STEM or business-related educational background is preferred. You need strong analytical thinking, the ability to translate data into actionable decisions, and a track record of delivering projects end-to-end. You should be comfortable collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholders, with clear communication skills both written and verbal.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar is expected. Basic SQL or similar data extraction and manipulation skills are required.
