7AI is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the end-to-end data infrastructure and territory design that powers their go-to-market motion. The company is scaling rapidly and has outgrown spreadsheet-based processes; this role is critical to ensuring Salesforce is the trustworthy system of record.
You will own territory design and account segmentation, building and maintaining the territory model including sizing, balancing, and equitable coverage carves. As the team grows and the ICP shifts, you'll rerun and refine this model each quarter. You'll also own Salesforce data integrity—account and contact hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, firmographic accuracy, ownership rules, and validation logic to prevent data drift.
On the analytics side, you'll build the dashboards and analyses leadership relies on to run the business: pipeline coverage, stage conversion by segment, rep productivity, and territory performance. A key part of this role is automating recurring manual work—building agents, scripts, and workflows to handle data audits, enrichment, briefing prep, and reporting refreshes. You'll also support quota and compensation, forecast cadence, and tooling evaluations as needed.
In your first 90 days, you'll audit current account data and deliver a prioritized cleanup plan, ship a documented territory model for the next planning cycle, stand up a coverage and pipeline dashboard that leadership actually uses, and automate at least one end-to-end recurring manual process.
You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment where the process is never fully settled and you're building the system while the plane is in the air. This role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise (reports, dashboards, data model, flows), strong Excel/Sheets skills, and genuine AI fluency—you should reach for AI tooling by reflex to automate and accelerate your work. You'll communicate regularly with sales reps and executives, and you have a bias toward shipping something imperfect and iterating over waiting for perfect inputs.
