OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that streamlines virtual care delivery across all 50 states. The company is seeking a Revenue Insights Analyst to serve as an analytical partner to Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
In this role, you will transform complex revenue data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions. You'll own the full analytics lifecycle: building and maintaining dashboards across the GTM funnel (acquisition through retention), analyzing funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks, supporting forecasting and planning processes, and proactively surfacing opportunities to improve revenue efficiency. You'll deliver executive reporting in multiple formats (weekly pipeline reports, QBR packages, ad hoc analyses) and partner with the Revenue Intelligence team to ensure data quality and analytical integrity.
This is not a passive reporting function. You'll be a proactive partner who helps GTM leaders ask better questions of their data, identifies performance gaps, and influences resource allocation and revenue forecasting. Your work will directly impact how the company prioritizes accounts, optimizes campaigns, and scales the business.
OpenLoop operates with a flat organizational structure that emphasizes autonomy, competence, and belonging—you'll be empowered to bring ideas and drive impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or data-heavy business intelligence roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tools
- Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: pipeline, ARR, conversion rates, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data
- Exceptional data storytelling skills—ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong data validation instincts; you pressure-test analyses before delivery
- Proactive and intellectually curious; you bring hypotheses and questions, not just answers
