AppDirect, through its subsidiary PartnerStack, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to build and scale programs that help go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Support) ramp faster, sell smarter, and execute consistently. The immediate priority is enabling the Sales team and Account Managers to confidently sell across all three business unit product lines. This role owns onboarding, ongoing training, content curation, and tool adoption across the revenue organization, partnering closely with RevOps, team leads, and frontline managers to translate strategy into day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities include: • Build and deliver curriculum for cross-business-unit selling, ensuring reps understand positioning, use cases, and value propositions for each product line and how they integrate for customers. • Design and own onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, Customer Success, and Support, with clear milestones and time-to-productivity targets. • Develop ongoing training on product updates, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales/CS methodologies (MEDDPICC, value selling, or team frameworks). • Manage the enablement content library—playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks, objection handling guides—keeping it current as products and markets evolve. • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate roadmap and positioning changes into actionable enablement. • Drive adoption of GTM tools (CRM, conversation intelligence, CS platforms) through training, certification, and reinforcement. • Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, call scorecards, certification completion) and report program impact to leadership. • Coordinate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners to deliver programs on time; as the function scales, potential to build out a small team of enablement specialists. • Own the enablement calendar—kickoffs, training cadence, certifications, and manager-led reinforcement. This is an individual contributor role with real potential to grow into people leadership as the enablement function scales. You'll have run enablement programs before and ideally have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others, even without formal management experience.
