Pennylane is a French fintech and one of Europe's most dynamic accounting and financial management platforms. The company has raised €400M from top-tier investors including Sequoia and now serves over 900,000 SMEs and 6,000 accounting firms across France and Europe.
You will join the Training & Onboarding team, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting firms after they sign with Pennylane. Your role bridges project management, professional training, and client relationship management—supporting accounting professionals through their transition to the platform with concrete, real-world challenges and tight timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
• Launch & Scoping: Lead kickoff meetings with new firms to establish objectives, scope, milestones, roles, and collaboration structure from day one.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver training kits, coordinate group sessions, and run hands-on workshops covering core workflows (bookkeeping, review, VAT, period close). Track participation and ensure full team adoption.
• Migration & Setup: Define prerequisites, create realistic timelines, organize regular troubleshooting sessions, and centralize feedback—escalating technical issues to Migration, Support, and Product teams as needed.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking progress, adoption, incidents, and risks. Produce clear, actionable reports after each check-in and prepare structured handoff documentation for long-term support teams.
• Change Management: Equip firm sponsors and internal leads to communicate effectively with their teams. Gather field feedback, identify friction points, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and guides.
You bring at least three complete fiscal cycles of accounting firm experience, understand the profession from the inside (tenue, révision, TVA, clôture), and ideally have prior client support or training experience. You are credible with accounting professionals, reliable in execution, comfortable with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, shared spreadsheets, video conferencing), and driven by continuous improvement.
