Dexory is developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots transforming global logistics. As Research Operations Analyst, you will be the operational engine behind the research function, ensuring insights reach the right stakeholders at the right time and get translated into live product features.
You will own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management. You'll coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research, and partnership teams, and support on-site field studies working directly with warehouse operators and customers.
You will build and evolve the systems that enable research to scale: shaping intake and briefing processes, workstack tracking, debrief templates, documentation, incentives and scheduling. You'll run and maintain the Notion Hub and Slack channels to ensure insights travel easily across teams, and help build workflows, tooling and automation that scale delivery and reporting.
You will capture and catalogue insights as clear, presentation-ready write-ups for internal and external audiences, sharing them company-wide. You'll track feedback and performance data daily, feeding weekly and monthly insight reports, and maintain the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs.
You will also work with Customer Success to build and maintain access to operators, site managers and decision-makers across customer accounts, and ensure research tools and practices remain GDPR-compliant with up-to-date consent and data-handling guidance.
Requirements:
- Around 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops
- Strong organisation and confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo
- Curiosity about research and a wish to move towards research execution over time
- Right attitude and humility valued; character as important as talent
