Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The company's Data Center Capacity Delivery team manages the rapid deployment of data center infrastructure to support frontier AI model training and serving at scale—taking leased and partnered sites from deal close through operational handover as quickly and safely as possible.
As Reporting and Controls Lead, you will own the single source of truth for the entire delivery portfolio: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through ready-for-service, data integrity, and capacity projections that leadership relies on for planning. You'll build and maintain the reporting systems that the delivery team and executives depend on, identify and resolve schedule and data discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in how the organization tracks and communicates project health.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Senior Delivery Managers and Regional Managers in the field, third-party project management partners, and internal planning, transaction, design, and deployment teams. You'll define data standards, integrated-schedule conventions, and tooling frameworks across the portfolio. You'll also identify opportunities to automate reporting and data-quality checks using modern tools, including AI-assisted development.
Key responsibilities include: owning consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming projects; validating and reconciling schedule and status data from developers, general contractors, and partners; maintaining portfolio capacity projections and variance-to-plan analysis; building and maintaining delivery-review and executive reporting; defining data standards and scheduling conventions with the Program Management Lead; and automating reporting and quality checks where feasible.
You should have 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs (data center, energy, or industrial preferred). Portfolio-level reporting experience is essential—not single-job management. You must be fluent in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6), spreadsheets (Excel), and BI platforms (Power BI). Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences are required. You should be comfortable building processes while running them in a fast-moving environment.
