Rubrik is a data security and cyber resilience company protecting enterprise data across cloud and SaaS environments. The Renewal Strategy & Operations team manages $1.57B in subscription ARR (growing 32% YoY) and is building foundational systems to scale the renewal business. In this role, you'll be a strategic operator at the intersection of commercial strategy, systems, and execution. The team is in a 0-to-1 build phase—forecasting models, governance frameworks, quoting infrastructure, and playbooks don't yet exist at scale. You'll design the operating system that runs this function. Key responsibilities: - Build long-range renewal plans and drive rigor into quarterly revenue forecasts, connecting numbers to underlying business drivers - Develop strategic perspectives on forecasting, business reviews, and risk mitigation for leadership - Design renewal KPIs and operating dashboards as durable infrastructure that scales to 2x current ARR - Conduct root-cause analysis on renewal performance trends and implement process improvements - Build and roll out deal governance policies; manage deal reviews with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Deal Desk teams - Serve as connective tissue across Renewals, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product Ops, and IT—identifying and fixing gaps in the renewal motion You'll partner directly with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and IT leaders. Your work will form the foundation this function runs on for years. Required: 3+ years in Renewal/Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical, cross-functional business role at high-growth SaaS/tech companies. You're an operator who fixes underlying processes rather than just reporting problems. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can structure loosely-defined problems, and drive them to decisions independently. You operate confidently cross-functionally with Finance and Sales leadership. Nice to have: Salesforce/CPQ and Excel or Google Sheets fluency.
