Tabby is seeking a RegTech Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions supporting Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) functions. This role bridges technology and compliance, ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements while driving digital transformation across the compliance function.
Key responsibilities include: leading the design and implementation of RegTech solutions; overseeing KPI development, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Compliance and AFC systems; mentoring teams on RegTech best practices and digital literacy; coordinating cross-functional projects with internal compliance units and external departments; monitoring regulatory developments to ensure technology alignment; conducting system audits and validations; and preparing strategic technology roadmaps and performance reports.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of combined experience in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, or RegTech functions. Required technical skills include strong understanding of AML/CFT and fraud risk management frameworks, knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions and fintech, familiarity with system implementation lifecycles, business requirements gathering, UAT, change management, and vendor management. Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel) and workflow automation is essential. Leadership capabilities should include stakeholder management, team mentoring, project management, ability to translate regulatory requirements into technology solutions, and strong executive communication skills.
Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
