Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI compute infrastructure, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers globally. The company is focused on deploying frontier compute capacity faster than anyone else, with teams spanning hardware and software.
As Regional Site Security Lead for Deployment & Operations, you will own physical security operations across a Fluidstack region, accountable end-to-end for security posture, performance, and incident response. You will lead the regional security team, including site-level personnel and contract guard forces, setting the standard for discipline and execution at every facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own physical security across all sites in the region, with accountability for posture and incidents
- Lead and manage the regional security team and contract guard forces
- Serve as the senior security presence for customer commitments: audits, site visits, contractual obligations, and relationship management
- Standardize post orders, SOPs, access management, and incident response across the cluster while tailoring execution to each site's needs
- Partner with site operations, facilities, construction, and vendors to integrate security into every phase of regional growth
- Be equally effective conducting perimeter walks at 2 AM and briefing executives on regional risk
You should have experience owning physical security across multiple sites or a region, leading security teams and contract guard forces at scale, and carrying security commitments through enterprise customer audits. Experience with hyperscale or data center security, guard force vendor management, physical security systems (ACS, VMS), and multi-site regional leadership is a plus.
Fluidstack operates with extreme ownership, full autonomy, velocity, first-principles thinking, and a focus on the frontier of AI as the most interesting problem of our time.
