Carta is seeking a Regional Office Manager for its Asia, Middle East, and North Africa (AMEA) hub, based in Singapore. This role is central to Carta's international expansion and sits within the People & Workplace Experience team. You will own the operational infrastructure of the Singapore office, ensuring a best-in-class experience for employees, guests, and building partners. Key responsibilities include: • Building and sustaining the front-of-house experience at the Singapore hub, setting regional standards for how Carta presents itself to employees, guests, and partners. • Managing vendor relationships, building liaison, access control systems, and daily operational procedures so employees can focus on their core work. • Ensuring physical security and compliance by managing guest systems (Envoy), keycard access controls, and local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols. • Partnering with Onboarding, IT, and People teams to design seamless new hire experiences, including desk setup, welcome kits, and day-one logistics coordination. • Creating meaningful employee experience moments through office events, cultural celebrations, and Company Days that build community across the region. • Serving as an operational resource for APAC satellite offices during team expansions, leave periods, or new office launches, with travel up to 20% within the region. You'll join a team that supports Carta's 55,000+ trusted companies and 1.8M+ equity holders across 160+ countries. Singapore is Carta's primary Asia hub and a cornerstone of the company's international growth strategy. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or facilities coordination, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced corporate environment. • Operationally self-sufficient; ability to run initiatives independently without waiting for direction. • People-first approach: warmth and polish in all interactions, from welcoming visitors to resolving employee requests and managing vendor issues under pressure. • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones; willing to travel within APAC on short notice when business needs arise. • Tech-fluent with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern guest/access control systems (Envoy, keycard management platforms). • Clear, confident English communication skills; ability to manage upward, across teams, and with external partners.
