Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The company's Data Center Capacity Delivery team manages the rapid buildout of data center infrastructure needed to train and serve frontier AI models—taking leased and partnered sites from deal close through floor access and operational handover as quickly as they can safely be built. As Regional Manager for EMEA, you will own delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects. You will build and lead a team of Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners embedded on those sites, set execution standards, and serve as the executive-level interface to developer partners and the intake point for projects from the transaction team. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the region's sites to shape culture, approach, and delivery aggressiveness across the portfolio - Hiring, developing, and empowering Senior Delivery Managers; raising the skillset of developers, contractors, and owner's-rep partners - Owning portfolio execution—schedule, quality, and safety outcomes measured against early-floor-access and floor-access milestones - Selecting, scoping, contracting, and managing owner's-rep and project-management partners; replacing partners when performance or culture slips - Setting and enforcing delivery standards (integrated schedule, quality, change control, reporting, tools) across all projects - Identifying and clearing blockers across developer, GC, and trade layers; stepping in on site where needed This is a highly cross-functional role requiring daily collaboration with transaction, design engineering, facility operations, commissioning, deployment, and safety teams, as well as with external developers, general contractors, and owner's-representative firms. You should have 10+ years delivering data center or mission-critical construction, including several years as owner's or GC senior leader on a project campus. You've led multi-project portfolios, understand end-to-end development processes (entitlements, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, handover), and have managed developer and GC relationships at the executive level. You lead through presence, expect to be on site most of the time, and are comfortable with ambiguity and owning outcomes where process doesn't yet exist.
