Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform building a fleet of data centres across Europe. As Regional Delivery Manager for EMEA, you will own the delivery of all active European projects, reporting to the Global Delivery Manager with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost across the regional portfolio.
You will lead the region's Project Delivery Managers and their multidisciplinary project teams, driving consistent execution standards while enabling each project autonomy and pace. Key responsibilities include managing senior relationships with general contractors, consultants, and key vendors; directing resource planning across concurrent builds; owning regional reporting and risk management; and shaping delivery strategy for new European sites from front-end planning through mobilization.
You will embed lessons learned across the fleet to ensure every project builds faster and safer than the last, and maintain confident executive-level communication with Volta's leadership team.
Required experience includes significant data centre delivery with accountability for multiple concurrent projects, a track record leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams, deep experience managing general contractors in live delivery environments, and a safety-first leadership record on complex construction programmes. You must demonstrate strong commercial judgement on contracts, cost, and change management for major capital projects, and be willing to travel regularly across European sites.
