Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform building a fleet of data centers across North America. As Regional Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery of all active North American projects, reporting to the Global Delivery Manager with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost from early works through turn-up to live compute.
You will lead the region's Project Delivery Managers and their embedded multidisciplinary project teams, working closely with Volta's functional leaders to maintain consistent execution standards while enabling each project the autonomy and pace it requires. This is a senior leadership role in a rapidly scaling delivery organization, with new sites continuously entering the pipeline.
Key responsibilities include: owning delivery accountability across the regional project portfolio; leading, developing, and growing the region's Project Delivery Managers and construction teams; driving consistent execution standards in partnership with functional leaders; managing senior relationships with general contractors, consultants, and key vendors; directing resource planning across concurrent builds; owning regional reporting, risk management, and escalation to executive leadership; shaping delivery strategy for new North American sites from front-end planning through mobilization; and embedding lessons learned across the fleet to improve speed and safety.
You bring significant data center delivery experience with accountability for multiple concurrent projects, a proven track record leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams, deep experience managing general contractors and major works packages in live delivery environments, and a safety-first leadership record on complex construction programs. You have strong commercial judgment on contracts, cost, and change management for major capital projects, confident executive-level communication and reporting skills, and willingness to travel regularly across North American sites.
