The company recently raised $1.5B in Series F funding led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. As Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you will identify and solve inefficiencies in the recruiting process through data-driven analysis and program design. You'll own recruiting programs end-to-end, from process redesign to building AI-powered tools that improve how recruiters work daily. Key responsibilities include: - Break down complex recruiting problems into clear phases with defined owners and deadlines, driving adoption across the team - Lead large-scale recruiting programs end-to-end: secure leadership buy-in, manage cross-stakeholder timelines, and use data to measure impact - Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby to generate concrete recommendations - Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline to ensure reliable recruiting reporting; build dashboards and reports the team depends on - Convert repeated operational asks from recruiters and leadership into self-serve tools or documented solutions - Build, pilot, and iterate Claude-powered tools and workflows that address recurring pain points - Keep recruiting documentation (interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, training materials) current and accessible - Design and roll out process improvements that increase recruiting speed and consistency, including necessary communications and training You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, treating AI as a core part of recruiting operations. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or related operations role at a fast-growing company - Proven track record running cross-functional projects end-to-end with senior leadership buy-in - Ability to pull, analyze, and present data; translate findings into clear recommendations - Strong written communication skills, including for executive audiences - Excellent prioritization skills to balance long-running programs with day-to-day requests NICE TO HAVE: - Hands-on Ashby experience (especially reporting and dashboards) or deep ATS experience with data-driven decision-making - Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
