Rillet is an AI-native ERP platform serving accounting and finance teams. The company has raised $200M+ from top-tier investors (Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures) and counts 600+ companies as customers, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, plus partnerships with EY and KPMG.
As Recruiting Operations Manager, you will own and continuously improve the systems, workflows, and infrastructure powering Rillet's recruiting function. You'll partner closely with recruiters to identify friction points, manual work, and data reliability issues, then prioritize solutions with the highest impact.
Key responsibilities include: building solutions ranging from Ashby workflows and automations to Slack bots, AI-powered tools, integrations, and lightweight internal applications; diagnosing root causes and redesigning processes when tooling alone won't solve problems; making recruiting data trustworthy and useful to provide visibility into pipeline health and funnel performance; automating repetitive work while preserving human judgment where it matters; owning processes post-launch through adoption, measurement, and iteration; creating simple, scalable documentation; evaluating and implementing new recruiting technology and AI tools; and right-sizing solutions for today while building flexibility for future scale.
You are a hands-on builder comfortable turning operational problems into working solutions. You have strong judgment and systems thinking, able to cut through messy problems, find root causes, and prioritize impact. You're excited to experiment with tools like Claude, Cursor, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and scripts—you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be willing to build. You're deeply recruiter-first, understanding how the team works and where pain points exist before designing solutions. You take full ownership from problem identification through solution, implementation, and adoption, ensuring what you build continues working. You favor simplicity over unnecessary complexity and know when not to automate. You earn buy-in and drive adoption without relying on authority, while remaining flexible to adjust your approach. You're highly organized, operate with speed and ambiguity, and excel at documentation and processes others can easily understand and maintain.
