Ripple is seeking a Recruiting Operations and Programs Manager to drive operational excellence across its global recruiting function. This is a hands-on, strategic role sitting at the intersection of recruiting strategy and process optimization—responsible for building scalable systems that enable the team to hire at pace and scale. You will own the end-to-end recruiting technology stack, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools like Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, and AI-enabled platforms. You'll develop automated reporting dashboards for recruiters and leadership, translating recruiting data (pipeline health, pass-through rates, candidate experience) into actionable insights that inform hiring strategy. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives to scale recruiting processes, implementing Workday position management for headcount planning, building AI-enabled workflows, and designing training programs and documentation for all recruiting processes. You'll partner closely with the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations, People, Finance, Engineering, and business leaders to drive continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Media team on talent brand collateral, supporting the Early Talent team on analytics and recruiting events, and ensuring compliance with global hiring regulations (GDPR, EEO/OFCCP) across EMEA and APAC regions. This role requires deep expertise in modern recruiting systems, HRIS/ATS integrations, and people analytics. You should have 4+ years in senior recruiting or people operations roles, with hands-on experience leading vendor procurement, building Tableau dashboards, and working with APIs and SQL. You'll bring executive presence, strong change management instincts, and a builder's mentality—excited to write the playbook, not just follow one. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes.
