Salary: USD 160,000 - 176,000 / annual

SoFi Bank N.A. is seeking a Recovery Operations Senior Analyst to lead the design and execution of control infrastructure across recovery operations. This role partners with the Corporate Controls of Excellence (CCoE) Operations Risk Control team to develop frameworks for new controls and update existing policies and procedures aligned with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include: • Lead ideation, process build-out, and execution of robust control infrastructure for recovery operations across different operational streams • Partner with CCoE's Operations Risk Control team in drafting control frameworks and updating policies and procedures • Identify process and procedure issues and opportunities for introducing strong control risk management in Recovery Operations • Support build-out and deployment of operational control checks for the Internal Recovery Unit (IRU), ensuring adequate controls across monthly account assignment, bi-weekly DSC scrub, settlement offering and arrangement, compliance with settlement break parameters, program completion, and performance reporting • Develop and maintain robust monitoring and reporting capabilities to track recovery operations across SoFi's lending businesses • Lead internal monthly reviews of portfolio trends, control reporting, and engineering progress updates • Perform operational oversight of recovery vendors, including staffing and process optimization discussions, regular performance reviews, operational due diligence, and annual on-site audits Required qualifications: Master's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field, plus 2+ years of experience in the role or related occupation. Special skills required: Data analysis, business data management, data mining, business forecasting, database and querying languages, business intelligence and visualization (Tableau and Power BI), programming and scripting for data-related tasks, process automation (VBA, Alteryx), executive presentation and communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role offers hybrid work from SoFi's San Francisco office with part-time telecommuting as an option.
