Salary: EUR 66,918 - 105,200 / annual
DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, seeks a Quality Team Leader for QC (Quality Control) at its Kundl, Austria facility. This role leads a team of up to 25 people in a GMP manufacturing environment, overseeing release testing, laboratory data review, and quality control operations.
Key responsibilities include: supporting technology transfer projects and validation studies; tracking team metrics and ensuring KQI/KPI compliance; managing HSE incident reporting and follow-up; planning resources, capacity, and workload for people and equipment; ensuring availability of analytical equipment, chemicals, and consumables; coordinating training to meet cGxP requirements; maintaining documentation integrity and regulatory compliance; planning and executing GxP audits and inspections; managing equipment qualification and calibration status; and coordinating departmental operational activities.
The ideal candidate holds a scientific degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar QC or quality leadership role within a GMP manufacturing environment. Proven leadership skills managing teams are essential. The role requires fluency in both English and German, an analytical mindset, and deep knowledge of cGxP standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary (€66,918–€105,200 annually, Band Level 4), performance-based bonus eligibility, modern pension scheme, childcare facilities, and learning and development opportunities within the Novartis group.
