ARX Robotics is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across the organization. You will shape and strengthen processes that ensure products, suppliers, and operations meet the highest standards in a fast-growing defense technology environment. Key responsibilities include planning and leading internal and external audits, developing and implementing quality management processes, managing the company's Quality Management System (QMS), and overseeing quality standards across the supply chain. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure products and processes align with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You'll support the definition and monitoring of quality metrics, drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, and help establish scalable quality structures that support international growth. Required qualifications include strong fluency in English and German, experience in quality management within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology-driven environments, and a strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and process improvement methodologies. You should have hands-on experience planning and conducting internal and external audits, knowledge of supplier quality management, and experience with SAP S/4HANA in a quality, operations, or supply chain context. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.
