Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function for its Intelligence Systems product portfolio. This role manages a team of product quality engineers and quality specialists responsible for defining, developing, and executing processes that deliver high-quality, reliable products for Intelligence Community customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage a quality team focused on continuous improvement and failure mode elimination across development and production phases
• Champion production readiness through design reviews, process development, verification/validation, and qualification activities
• Drive production quality metrics and establish a culture of best-in-class quality by implementing quality tools and processes
• Own root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformance reviews (NCRs), and material review board (MRB) activities
• Analyze product health data and establish metrics for measuring quality performance and predictive factors
• Support quality management system improvements and documentation
• Develop strategies and resource plans with production, program management, deployments, sourcing, and engineering leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and manufacturing stakeholders, including regular floor-level engagement
• Drive resolution of performance ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance
• Ensure safety is prioritized in all production environment tasks
The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing, product development, subsystem performance criteria, and metrology. The successful candidate will build partnerships across the organization to support Anduril's mission of delivering cutting-edge defense technology to the military.
