Arista Networks is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its cross-functional quality team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. You will report to the Quality Engineering Manager and collaborate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Test, and Supply Chain teams to drive quality excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics for products and manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) within the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Component Engineering, Manufacturing, Failure Analysis, Supply Chain) to identify and mitigate quality issues and risks
- Develop and enhance supplier audit processes to ensure high-quality standards
- Contribute to supplier SBR/QBR reviews
- Lead investigations through tiger teams for quality issues, achieving root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/long-term corrective actions (CLCA)
- Drive 8D process methodology to identify and address quality issues and process improvements for new product introduction (NPI), production, and sustaining engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of related experience in Semiconductor or Electronic industries
- Experience in Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing, preferably networking equipment, with exposure to contract manufacturing partners
- Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO/TL 9000 and others)
- Experience establishing Quality Key Performance Metrics to drive continuous improvements
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and associated processes
- Broad knowledge of tests, diagnostics, failure analysis, and debug techniques
- Foundational knowledge in quality and reliability performance metrics
- Experience with Six Sigma approach and methods
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain concepts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to balance technical and business aspects of hardware manufacturing
- Self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Must have work rights for Vietnam
