The Quality Assurance Manager leads quality execution across product development and production, ensuring all products meet design, safety, construction, and regulatory standards. This role is critical to protecting product integrity and brand reputation across domestic and international markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to proactively identify and address quality concerns during product development and production phases
- Ensuring products meet design intent, safety standards, construction requirements, and regulatory compliance across all markets
- Developing and implementing testing protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
- Managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain quality standards
- Conducting audits and inspections at production facilities
- Documenting quality issues and implementing corrective actions
- Staying current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
