Finni Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (BCBA) to lead clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives across their New Mexico operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from direct clinical caseload management into a leadership and systems-focused position.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive case audits to evaluate treatment planning, supervision, and client progress; providing one-on-one coaching to BCBAs on clinical quality, documentation, and case conceptualization; and serving as a trusted clinical resource for supervisors navigating complex cases. You will design and improve quality assurance processes that create measurable, lasting improvements, develop systems to track and monitor quality findings, and transform audit findings into actionable improvements.
The role emphasizes training and development, including developing and presenting quarterly CEU trainings for BCBAs and creating educational content based on quality trends and industry best practices. A key differentiator is the integration of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation, modeling ACT-informed conversations that promote resilience and values-based decision-making.
Required qualifications include an active BCBA certification in good standing, 5+ years of clinical ABA experience, strong background in supervision and mentorship, excellent communication and leadership skills, and passion for building systems that improve clinician performance and client outcomes. Experience or strong interest in ACT is preferred.
The position offers competitive salary ($80,000–$95,000), hybrid or fully remote flexibility, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to shape clinical quality across an entire organization without managing a traditional full clinical caseload.
