In this Quality Assurance Handler role, you will conduct quality audits on open and closed claims as well as telephone calls to identify areas of failure at both individual and operational levels. You'll conduct feedback sessions with claims handlers and work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans. You'll also identify process improvement opportunities to enhance claims handling quality and support broader technical claims functions such as complaints and payment controls.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization
- Licensed claims adjuster
- 5+ years of claims experience in at least two of the following product lines: property, auto, travel, liability
- 2+ years of experience conducting quality assurance of insurance claims
- Strong organization and ability to prioritize independently
- Comfortable using data to make decisions
- Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
