As QC Manager for Cookware/Kitchenware, you will lead quality control operations across Quince's global supply chain for hardgoods including housewares, kitchenware, and cookware. You will oversee factory audits and manage end-to-end inspections from raw materials through in-process production to finished goods, ensuring all products meet Quince's rigorous quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee QC operations at manufacturing facilities, including inspections of raw materials, in-process/in-line production, and finished goods
- Provide guidance to manufacturing partners' QC and production teams on in-line quality control, first production qualification, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Investigate and address quality-related issues, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Lead quality engineering standards across the global supply chain
- Manage relationships with manufacturing partners to maintain quality standards and drive operational excellence
