Wynd Network is building infrastructure that delivers massive amounts of web data to companies training frontier AI models. The company operates Grass, a bandwidth-sharing network powering a distributed crawler with unique access to high-quality public web data at global scale. They've also built pipelines for ingesting, segmenting, and annotating billions of videos, transcripts, and audio files for dataset creation.
As a QA/Compliance Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications before release to ensure they meet defined requirements and identify potential compliance issues. Your core responsibilities include validating application changes and documenting findings clearly, providing actionable feedback to engineering and operations teams, and verifying that identified issues have been addressed before release. You'll maintain review documentation and contribute to improving internal review processes, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality release process across products.
You'll work independently while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple reviews simultaneously. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly, and you'll exercise good judgment to make thoughtful decisions independently.
