You will join a small, dynamic engineering team with significant architectural and business decision-making authority. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining software used by thousands of healthcare professionals
- Building new functionalities based on evolving needs of the Polish and international medical markets
- Contributing to technical decisions and process improvements within a lean, empowered team
- Using modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation while maintaining rigorous quality and security standards

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience working on web applications
- Proficiency with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
- Daily use of modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in engineering work with solid engineering discipline for verification and quality assurance
- Comfort working in small teams, managing processes, taking initiative, and making autonomous decisions
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (spoken and written)
