Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

Source is building an AI-native operating system for global commercial construction, designed to accelerate decision-making across project lifecycles. The Purchasing Project Coordinator will join the Purchasing department to organize information for internal teams, interface with vendors, and support project timelines. Key responsibilities include: monitoring and reporting progress for all project orders in proprietary software; requesting control samples and managing submittal approvals; assisting the Purchasing Manager in resolving post-order challenges; coordinating with suppliers on shop drawings and finish samples; updating specification changes in Source software; managing project resources, tasks, and timelines; maintaining awareness of project budgets and cash flows; researching and evaluating product options; developing project plans and ensuring timely completion; supporting project managers with day-to-day operations; identifying and resolving project issues; ensuring quality standards; tracking and managing inventory through packing slips and receiving reports; collaborating with stakeholders; reporting project status; driving project closeout by collecting FR certificates, care documentation, and warranty information; and alerting accounting two months prior to job completion for financial closeout. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience); 1+ years of hospitality FF&E or OS&E project coordination or management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; excellent organizational and communication abilities; and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively under pressure with tight deadlines.
