As Purchasing Analyst, you'll be the primary contact for Builder purchasing teams and right-hand to the VP of Purchasing, launching and scaling a new purchasing program from the ground up. You'll own the end-to-end rebate, discount, and incentive process with Builders and Suppliers, including managing payments and communications. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing Builder cost information, reviewing supplier program proposals to support sourcing events, and building scalable processes and templates as the function grows.
You'll serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Builders, helping them unlock program value, and collaborate closely with Higharc's Product and Procurement teams to facilitate programming. This is a foundational role where you'll develop the tools and processes needed to support rapid scaling.
You bring 5+ years of data management and financial analysis experience, with construction industry background. You're empathetic, trustworthy, and gritty—someone who thrives on delivering impact. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a process-minded approach to implementation. Tech savvy and strong project management skills are essential. Homebuilding experience is a major plus.
