Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and seeks a Senior Proposals Manager to build and lead the proposals team supporting clinical trial operations across LATAM and North America regions. You will develop client-focused budgets and proposals for Phase I-IV clinical trials, working collaboratively with global operational review teams to respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) requests across therapeutic areas. You will also support Work Order and Request for Information (RFI) deliverables. Key responsibilities include: - Prepare budgets, proposal text, and re-bids for RFP responses on global opportunities - Complete deliverables with accuracy and promptness, coordinating the entire RFP preparation process with operational review leads, sales, and finance teams - Review RFP documents to identify key service requirements and budgeting assumptions - Lead core RFP development meetings with cross-functional stakeholders - Develop full project budgets using costing tools and Excel-based templates with strong formula proficiency - Prepare proposal text using departmental templates that accurately reflect client needs and strategic messaging - Communicate and coordinate with internal partners and third-party vendors during RFP development - Ensure quality control and accuracy of budget and proposal edits to high standards - Respond to client questions regarding proposed budgets and operational strategy via written and verbal communication - Participate in client meetings as needed - Maintain departmental records and support internal reporting requirements - Support departmental initiatives as assigned This role requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and time management abilities; meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality; demonstrated problem-solving and sound judgment; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications; and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Minimal travel may be required for company meetings, clients, and vendors. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Required: - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline - 3-5 years of proposal and/or contract development experience Preferred: - Graduate or postgraduate degree - Prior experience in a CRO (Clinical Research Organization) environment
