Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and is seeking a Proposals Associate to build and support the proposals team serving clinical teams across LATAM and North America.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end proposal preparation process for Phase I-IV clinical studies and consulting services. Key responsibilities include coordinating proposal development across operational teams, reviewing and disseminating client materials to project teams and leadership, identifying information gaps, and translating client requirements into customized proposals and budgets.
You will prepare, edit, and customize proposal text to reflect client needs and strategic messaging, develop comprehensive project budgets using Excel-based costing tools, and apply financial formulas to capture unique budgetary requirements. You'll work closely with your manager to communicate, review, and negotiate with partners and vendors during proposal development, manage change orders for ongoing studies with budget justification, and maintain departmental records and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or has at least one year of proposal development experience in life sciences. You should demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with clinical research pathways from development to approval and familiarity with Salesforce is valued. Travel for company meetings may be required on an as-needed basis.
