Omaze is a UK and Germany-based platform that gives communities the chance to win luxury homes and life-changing prizes while raising money for charitable causes. The company has raised over £100 million for UK charities in five years, supporting organizations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation, and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. As Property Director, you will lead all property operations across the UK, overseeing the acquisition, management, and delivery of Omaze's million-pound homes. Your responsibilities include building and developing the property pipeline by identifying and shortlisting high-quality properties that align with customer expectations, brand strategy, and campaign objectives. You will travel across the UK to personally view and evaluate properties, ensuring they meet Omaze's standards for quality, aesthetics, and marketability. You'll oversee development projects to keep them on schedule and within budget, manage all aspects of property operations and maintenance to the highest standards, and develop improved property management processes and procedures. You will build and manage a network of trusted contractors, suppliers, and property professionals, manage property budgets with commercial rigor, and lead members of the Property team. Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with legal and finance teams on property transactions, conveyancing, title reviews, and contract negotiations. You'll manage and review property due diligence, including surveys, valuations, and plans, and ensure full compliance with UK property regulations and planning requirements. Regular reporting to the VP of Property & Partnerships and staying current on UK property market trends round out the role. You bring 7+ years of property industry experience, with a sharp instinctive understanding of what makes properties highly marketable and visually compelling. You have demonstrated experience identifying and coordinating contractors and suppliers, strong knowledge of conveyancing and compliance, and the ability to review and interpret surveys, valuations, and technical reports. Excellent project management skills, budget management experience, and a commercially astute mindset are essential. You're calm under pressure, manage competing priorities with pragmatism, and excel at stakeholder management at senior levels. A full UK driving licence and genuine willingness to travel across the UK are required.
