Coursera and Udemy have merged to create a unified skills platform serving 300+ million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers. You will lead promotional strategy and execution within Consumer Marketing's Lifecycle team as the two brands converge onto a single platform. In this hands-on role, you will own the promotional calendar end-to-end, from conception through completion. Your key responsibilities include: • Build campaign specs and go-to-market briefs for each Udemy promotion, aligning creative, channel, and lifecycle teams around a unified execution plan. • Partner with Pricing and Commercial Policy teams to translate discount guardrails, eligibility rules, and cadence caps into a runnable marketing calendar. • Lead daily monitoring and tracking of live promotions, driving mid-course adjustments when performance data warrants pivots. • Lead campaign forecasting, experimentation planning, and post-campaign analysis with the Data Science team, sizing incrementality and using insights to inform targeting and offer mix for future cycles. • Own overall campaign performance accountability, ensuring user experience remains consistent and aligned with campaign briefs. • Manage end-to-end project execution, coordinating creative, channel activation, user experience, and performance teams against firm deadlines. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home, office, or collaboration spaces. Coursera + Udemy is a globally distributed team that comes together intentionally for collaboration and key milestones. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience in promotions marketing, ideally at a subscription or marketplace consumer business • Demonstrated history of owning a promotional or campaign calendar end-to-end, from planning through execution to post-mortem analysis • Experience partnering with Pricing, Commercial Policy/Legal, and Data Science teams to translate financial guardrails into actionable marketing calendars and data into insights • Strong project management skills, including ability to coordinate creative, channel, and regional stakeholders against firm dates • Proven ability to read, analyze, and act on promotional performance data • Experience running promotions across multiple brands or platforms simultaneously
