Precision for Medicine is a Clinical Research Organization specializing in precision medicine, rare diseases, and oncology. We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide cross-functional support to clinical trial projects.
In this role, you will be a key member of project teams, ensuring efficient management and coordination of clinical studies. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and maintaining project timelines in MS Project or similar systems, ensuring updates are documented and distributed to study team members
• Scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking and circulating meeting minutes, and maintaining records in the Trial Master File
• Managing Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) activities including milestone tracking, contact list updates, enrollment projections, and helpdesk ticket management
• Preparing, assigning, and documenting study-specific training; managing training records and identifying training gaps
• Establishing and maintaining study-level SharePoint sites and shared working spaces with appropriate access controls
• Creating and managing project-specific email boxes and distribution lists
• Managing user access to study systems through helpdesk requests and periodic access reviews
• Ordering study supplies and managing supply-related inquiries
• Ordering, collecting, collating, and preparing study binders for distribution
• Maintaining various study trackers as directed by project leadership
• Sending communications to study sites, investigators, and stakeholders as needed
• Supporting distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS forms under safety staff guidance
This is a fully remote position available to candidates in Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary, or Romania. You will work with a team of operational and medical experts in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
