Precision for Medicine is a Clinical Research Organization specializing in precision medicine, rare diseases, and oncology. We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide cross-functional support to clinical trial projects.
In this role, you will be a key member of the project team, responsible for ensuring efficient management and coordination of assigned studies. Your responsibilities will include:
• Project Management: Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or similar systems, ensuring updates are captured, documented, and distributed to study team members.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes, and maintain documentation in the Trial Master File.
• Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Operations: Maintain study milestone dates, update study contact lists, manage enrollment projections, submit helpdesk tickets, and ensure timely remediation.
• Training Management: Prepare, assign, and document study-specific training; manage training records; identify training gaps and escalate as needed.
• Systems Administration: Establish and manage SharePoint sites and project-specific email boxes with appropriate access controls for study teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• User Access Management: Submit user access requests, conduct periodic access reviews, and maintain documentation of access controls.
• Supply Chain Support: Order study supplies and materials, manage study binders, coordinate with printing vendors, and address supply-related queries.
• Study Tracking: Maintain various study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communications Support: Send communications to study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders as directed, including safety reports, newsletters, and regulatory updates.
• Safety Reporting: May support distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS forms under safety staff guidance.
This is a fully remote position available to candidates in Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary, or Romania.
